Trinity was founded in 2009 by Peter Dikeos along with several 20-year industry veterans. Trinity has over 150 years of combined experience in the HVAC/R and plumbing industries including risk management, program administration, claims processing, national account management and customer service.

In May 2013 Kingsway Financial Services Inc. acquired Trinity and provided the flexibility, stable backing and additional resources to better serve our customers.

Trinity is organized into two divisions. Trinity National Accounts and Trinity Warranty.

Trinity National Accounts division

Trinity National Accounts specializes in facilities management; specifically designed to handle HVAC/R/P assets for retail, healthcare, student housing, office, cannabis, commercial and restaurant locations nationwide.

Some of the services offered are: asset management, mechanical protection plans, remote facility monitoring, preventive maintenance, factory warranty monitoring and unit replacement.

Trinity has grown to service some of the largest household brands in the country with over 7,000 licensed/bonded contractors.

Trinity Warranty division

Trinity Warranty Division focuses on Extended Service Agreements (ESAs) to protect your HVAC/R and plumbing assets after the manufacturer’s warranty expires.

Trinity offers many programs that are customized for manufacturers, distributors and contractors/dealers.
